How do I register on Sentiments.ae?

Click on the ‘My account’ tab in the top tools bar and enter your contact information.

How can I modify my personal information?

Login with your email address by clicking on ‘My Account’ tab in the navigation bar or 'Login or Register' link on top right side of the screen, enter your email address and account password located in the ‘SIGN IN’ box and click ‘Sign In’. Click on ‘YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS’ to modify your personal information.

How can I reset my password?

Click on the ‘My account’ tab in the top tools bar and then click on ‘Forgot your password’ and enter your email address. BalloonStore.ae will email you a link that you need to click on to change your password.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Sentiments.ae?

You can shop on
Sentiments.ae by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations and quicker checkout.

Is online payment by credit card secure?

Yes absolutely. We use the best payment gateway for credit card payments, it is PCI Level 1 certified - the highest level certification possible.

Which countries does sentiments.ae ship to?

Currently, we only deliver our products through out UAE.

Can I cancel my order on Sentiments.ae?

No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery. However, in some cases, it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or to credit for the future order. If the order has already left our warehouse or, prepared then cancellation of an order is not possible. A cancellation fee of 10% to 50% applies to all cancelled orders. there will be 10% Cancellation fee which will charged by the service provider.

Can I get a discount if I order in large quantities?

How do I send an inquiry to Sentiments.ae?

You can click on the ‘Contact Us’ link shown in the bottom navigation bar, And enter your name, email address, and phone number and write in the message box what your inquiry is about and we will get right back to you.

Can I see your products somewhere? Do you have a showroom?

Our products are displayed only through our ecommerce site. For custom orders you can visit our store at Al Wasl Center, Sheikh Zayed Road, Between Dubai Mall metro and Business Bay metro station. You will need to schedule an appointment before you decide to visit us.

How are your balloon decorations and designs made?

All our balloon decorations, balloon bouquets, and balloon artworks are handcrafted and constructed by professionally trained balloon artists ensuring that every one of our designs is unique. Our balloon bouquets consist of high quality foil and latex balloons that are made by Qualatex and Anagram. All Qualatex latex balloons are helium-weight quality and are manufactured in the USA or Canada from biodegradable, pure, natural latex. Qualatex brand balloons, manufactured by Pioneer Balloon Company, are recognized worldwide as The Very Best Balloons.


How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be sent and hand-delivered through sentiments.ae’. You can have your order delivered on the date of your choice six (6) days a week.

When do I have to order for same day delivery?

In order for you to receive the order on the same day, you will have to order no later than 8.30 pm.

Do you offer weekend deliveries?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm and also on public holidays.

Do you accept orders from anywhere in the world

Yes, We accept orders from anywhere in the world to be delivered through out UAE

Are there any hidden costs?

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on BalloonStore.ae. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged depending on the Buyer's shipping location.

Can sentiments.ae deliver to a business address, for example hotels, offices, restaurants, etc.?

We can deliver your order anywhere within UAE. Please make sure to provide your instructions,in our special instructions box, building or facility access information (need to reach you through building interphone, building or facility security phone number) along with your apartment number if applicable. Please check our delivery policy on our main page.

For business addresses, we will usually leave your order at reception, so make sure that you clearly specify the person's name and if applicable the department that they work for - this will ensure that the gift gets to them as quickly as possible.
