Any required permits or venue access must be arranged and provided by the client in advance to allow proper preparation and timely setup.
We are not responsible for delays in installation or event timelines caused by restricted or unavailable venue access.
Banners and curtains included in the decoration may need to be hung or securely attached to a wall during setup.

Security Deposit

Any decorative stands provided as part of the setup are subject to a refundable security deposit of AED 300 per stand set.
Additional charges may apply in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the stands.

Important Note

Balloon longevity may vary depending on temperature, humidity, air conditioning, direct sunlight, and other environmental conditions. Indoor use is recommended for maximum durability.

Flowers are tender in nature and tend to wither off soon when placed in excessive heat or directly under sunlight. So kindly avoid placing them in such spots.
